Where do you ship?
We ship to the contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. We do not ship internationally, to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or P.O. Box addresses.
How long will my order take?
Orders are generally processed in 1–3 business days, followed by an estimated 3–7 business days in transit. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
Is shipping free?
Yes. Standard shipping is free for eligible orders in our delivery area.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Email us within 12 hours after placing the order. We will try to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed after processing begins.
What is your return window?
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. STAYLUX EDIT covers approved return shipping.
Do you offer exchanges?
No. Please return the original item and place a new order for the item you prefer.
When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
