Refund policy

Return window

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. To begin, email support@stayluxedit.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Return shipping

STAYLUX EDIT covers return shipping for approved returns. We will provide return instructions and a prepaid return label. Please do not send an item back before receiving instructions from us; this helps us connect the return to your order and process it promptly.

Condition of returned items

Unless an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, it must be returned in unused condition with its original components and protective packaging when reasonably available. Items showing use, alteration, damage after delivery, or missing essential components may not be eligible for a full refund.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If an item is damaged in transit, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly. We may request photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label to assess the issue. We will provide a prepaid return label when a return is needed.

Refund timing

After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, color, or style, please return the original item under this policy and place a new order when ready.
