Store use and orders

You agree to provide accurate, current information when placing an order. We may decline, cancel, or limit an order when reasonably necessary, including for suspected fraud, inaccurate pricing, inventory unavailability, or a violation of these Terms. If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

Product information

We aim to display product descriptions, dimensions, materials, colors, and images accurately. However, colors may vary depending on device and display settings, and handmade or material-driven variation may occur where described. Product images are for illustrative purposes and do not include items or accessories unless specifically stated in the product listing.

Pricing and availability

Prices and product availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, inaccurate descriptions, or pricing errors, including after an order is submitted. In that event, we will contact you or cancel and refund the affected order as appropriate.

Intellectual property

The STAYLUX EDIT storefront, product presentation, text, photographs, graphics, logos, and other content are owned by or licensed to STAYLUX LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use such content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, STAYLUX LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the storefront or products. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
