Shipping policy

Delivery area

STAYLUX EDIT ships to the contiguous United States (the 48 continental states) and Washington, D.C. We do not ship internationally or to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or P.O. Box addresses.

Processing and transit time

Orders placed by 5:00 PM Central Time are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays begin processing on the next business day.

After an order ships, standard transit time is generally 3–7 business days. Processing and transit estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier conditions, weather, high-volume periods, and other circumstances outside our control may occasionally cause delays.

Shipping cost and tracking

Standard shipping is free for eligible orders. When carrier tracking is available, we will send shipment information to the email address used at checkout after the order has been dispatched.

Address accuracy

Please review your shipping address before submitting an order. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incomplete, inaccurate, or undeliverable address supplied at checkout. Contact us promptly if you need an address correction; changes requested after processing begins cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery issues

If an order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or appears to be missing after carrier delivery, contact us at support@stayluxedit.com as soon as possible. Please keep the packaging and provide clear photos when applicable so we can review the issue.
